Can I get my windows installed by Tech-Mart?

We are happy to supply windows so that they may be installed by your builder or we can arrange for your widows to be installed by our fitters.

Do you custom make all your products?

Yes we measure all the openings once ready and individually create each window to those specific measurements.

Do your Windows/Doors meet the new fire regulations?

All Tech-Mart windows and doors are manufactured to meet the latest industry codes. Your individual rating will be discussed and windows will be manufactured to ensure they comply.

Do your windows meet the WERS (Window Energy Rating Scheme) energy ratings?

Our windows and doors are all manufactured to comply with your specific energy report. We can offer you a range of options including energy efficient glass, double glazing or double glazing with energy efficient glass.

I’m building on a busy road where sound is an issue. Can you help me block out sound?

We can help reduce exterior noise by glazing your windows with specialized glass combinations.

What types of windows do you manufacture?

We manufacture a complete range of windows and doors. We have a comprehensive range in our showroom for you to come in and view.

If I buy my windows from you how can my builder fix them in?

Depending upon the finish you require (hard plastering or architraves) we will manufacture your windows with reveals (for architraves), or with a nailing fin so that your builder can fit the windows then hard plaster for a contemporary finish without architraves.

Do you offer Aluminium Improved Windows?

Yes Tech-mart offer Aluminium Improved Window Frames.

Do you have Thermally Broken Frames and what are they?

Yes Tech-Mart is happy to provide the latest in technology with Thermally Broken (Thermal Heart™) Frames. These products include a fibre-reinforced nylon insulator or ‘thermal break’ between the Aluminium interior and exterior pieces. This reduces the potential for the material to come into conduct heat and therefore provides improved thermal performance.

What Warranty does Tech-Mart offer on its Products?

Tech-Mart passes on the 12 month warranty offered by the manufacturers of the hardware used i.e. Chain winders, handles, hinges etc and 7 years on the workmanship of the products. No warranty is given for glass, as the glass manufacturers do not offer a warranty on glass.
