Balustrading

Balconies, deckings, staircases, patios can all be enhanced with custom made balustrading designed by Tech-Mart to suit your home or premises. Tech-Mart glazed and powder coated aluminium balustrading can easily be tailored to fit the most difficult balcony or staircase application. Our unique split wedge has anchorage system with concealed fixings combines uncluttered lines with maximum strength, far exceeding the Australian standards AS1170-189 for wind and live loads. Minimum height as stated in the Building Code of Australia (BCA) is 1000mm (1.0 metres) from the finished floor level on the balcony, terrace or landing.

Horizontal Balusters

Tech-Mart will produce simple, evenly spaced balusters of architecturally designed panels with a choice of rail profiles. Our individually made handrail system fits perfectly at any angle and is accurately laser levelled.

Fully Frameless

By utilising our secure anchorage system, we are able to give you completely uncluttered lines, but with still maximum strength.

Pool Fencing

Tech-Mart will design the fencing to either blend or become a feature of your garden. Toughened safety glass or baluster, simple lines or slightly decorative, the choice is yours. Various designs are available including Semi-Frameless, 001, 002, 003, 004 etc.

Tech-Mart Fencing Products have been designed to comply with AS1170 Loading codes, AS1288 Glazing code and AS1926 Pool Enclosure code. Minimum height for Pool Fencing as stated in the Building Code of Australia (BCA) is 1200mm (1.2 metres) from the finished ground level.
